RFQs that we receive directly from our customers or via their supplier portals are first thoroughly checked at Compauto for feasibility and completeness. We complete the documentation with any missing information and standards. RFQs are systematically recorded in our project database and then immediately forwarded to the relevant technical colleagues at our plants. We inform the customer directly if the request is not producible or if additional information for a quotation is missing.

We monitor the quotation process in the plant and communicate with our colleagues abroad every day.

The resulting quotation is checked for completeness and plausibility at Compauto before it is sent to the customer or uploaded to the supplier portal.

Hereby, we ensure that the customer gets exactly what he has requested.
