https://www.kautenik.com/ We develop and produce rubber and rubber-metal parts, mainly for vibration damping applications in the automotive sector.
The part weights range from 50 g to 600 g.
We produce on injection moulding machines with a clamping force between 300 t and 450 t.
We have various downstream automated processes, such as deburring and laser-assisted visual inspection.
The mechanical validation of the parts is carried out with our own laboratory and additional equipment. In addition, we have access to a variety of other testing facilities through our technology partner "Leartiker".
Multi-cavity moulds are designed and manufactured together with partners.
We have fast and reliable processes to produce prototypes.
